Dreaming about the summer holidays is good. But improving everyday life is not so bad either! Survival tips for a summer that is as fresh (it's so fresh ♫) as it is organised.
1
ORDER FANS BEFORE ANYBODY ELSE DOES
Every summer it's the same old story: from the very first hot day, it's a mad scramble in the shops to get THE last fan or air conditioner. But, between us, why put so much stress (and sweat!!) on yourself when you can plan ahead? Anyway, we already have ours. ;)
2
REPLACE OR INSTALL WINDOW SHUTTERS
Although the labour code requires companies to have windows in every office, the law has not thought about global warming. The result is that, with beautiful bay windows, some open spaces become ovens in June. Fortunately, man invented the blind. A creation that is as ingenious as it is practical... as long as it is in working order. If yours are looking a little grey, don't wait till the temperature rises to 30°C before taking action!
3
INSTALL WATER FOUNTAINS
Before the heat hits your workspaces, check out the water dispensers. Are any of them leaking or damaged? Maybe it's time for a replacement. You don't have one? Please note that the law obliges companies to provide fresh drinking water for their employees.
Bonus tip!
In order to anticipate and group together the supplies of colleagues (before everyone goes on holiday), Bruneau offers on its website a function to share the shopping basket. Everyone can add/change items before placing an order. Handy!
