Protection against blue light. We are more and more exposed to artificial blue light coming from all types of screens.
The risks of exposure to blue light:
• the human eye does not know how to stop the blue light, which crosses the cornea and the lens to reach the retina, causing increased risks of AMD, which can lead to complete loss of vision
• Exposure to blue light from screens may cause eye strain due to lack of focus and contrast
• Exposure to intense to artificial blue light at night can disrupt the circadian cycle resulting in insomnia and tiredness during the day.
